Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery, but if you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Carefully wrap your pottery in its original packaging and include the completed returns form found on your delivery note.

• 2.
  Generate Your Label

  Visit our online returns portal to generate a prepaid Royal Mail or EVRi shipping label and find your nearest drop-off point.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your securely packaged parcel to your chosen local drop-off location and ensure you keep your proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
