Where is Emma Bridgewater pottery made?
The vast majority of our pottery is proudly made by hand in our factory in Stoke-on-Trent, the traditional home of British ceramics.
Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Our earthenware is dishwasher safe; however, we recommend using lower temperatures or liquid detergent to maintain the vibrant colors. We do not recommend use in the microwave.
What are your UK delivery options?
We offer Standard UK Delivery within 3-5 working days, as well as Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that personalized items are non-returnable.
How do I care for my hand-painted pottery?
To keep your pottery looking its best, avoid sudden temperature changes and do not place earthenware in the oven unless specifically marked as ovenproof.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes, we offer a beautiful gift wrapping service at checkout, where items are wrapped in our signature tissue paper and placed in a classic Emma Bridgewater gift box.
